Shri Nathu Lal Bijarniya founded Mangalam Hotel and Restaurant in 2012 with a single vision: to give every traveller on NH52 a meal that feels like home. Born and raised in Sikar, his deep roots in Shekhawati hospitality and Rajasthani culinary tradition became the soul of the restaurant.

What started as a humble highway rest stop has, under his guidance, grown into the finest pure vegetarian dining destination on the Jaipur–Bikaner highway. He remains personally present at Mangalam every day — overseeing the kitchen, welcoming guests, and upholding the standard that earned the restaurant its 4.9-star reputation.

Those who know him speak of his remarkable humility — a man who has built something extraordinary yet greets every guest, from a truck driver to a corporate traveller, with the same warm smile and genuine care.
